baja Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the baja platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, and payment systems. Your continued use of the baja platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

baja reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. To register and use a baja account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. baja strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any time, and accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of baja, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from baja or had a baja account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of baja is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are participating using funds that are your own, legally obtained, and not derived from any illegal activity.

baja operates as an offshore platform. Access to and use of baja is at the player's own risk and subject to the legal framework applicable to the player's jurisdiction. baja makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the baja platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your baja account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. baja reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and source of funds at any point. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions, or permanent account closure. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated during a period of unverified status may be withheld pending successful verification.

baja reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee ongoing access to any specific game, market, or promotion.

baja processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may change from time to time, and baja does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment channel.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your baja wallet are typically credited within minutes of a confirmed transaction. baja does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and will be communicated in the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): baja is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Any transaction that baja reasonably suspects relates to money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended immediately.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a baja transaction without first raising the matter with baja's support team is a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, baja reserves the right to close the account, recover any outstanding funds by legal means, and report the matter to relevant financial institutions.

baja may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General rules that apply to all baja bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• baja reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by baja, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are awarded to player accounts and have no monetary or cash value until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.

All bets placed on baja are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game category, which are made available within the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all baja products:

• Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the baja system. A bet is not valid until a confirmation reference is issued. baja is not responsible for bets that fail due to network interruptions, device malfunction, or insufficient account balance.
• baja reserves the right to limit bet sizes, impose maximum payout caps, restrict markets, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, wrong event details, or system malfunctions — baja reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• For cricket and other sports markets, baja's settlement decisions are final. Results are settled based on official scores published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, the baja support team should be contacted within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events at baja's discretion. Live odds fluctuate in real time, and baja cannot guarantee that a requested in-play bet will be accepted at the price displayed due to rapid odds movement.
• Game outcomes in slots, live casino, and fishing arcade games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by our third-party game providers. baja does not control or influence game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baja platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one baja account for any purpose, including to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a ban.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform without genuine human participation.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed, arranged, or corrupt sporting outcome. baja cooperates with sports integrity bodies and may report suspected instances without prior notice.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the baja platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive communications at baja staff or other platform users.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your baja login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

baja will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from baja requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You must not share your baja login credentials with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baja platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any baja content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the baja software or platform architecture.
• Use any baja trademark, logo, or brand asset in connection with any other product, service, or business.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the baja platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of baja intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baja, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the baja platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether baja has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond baja's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the baja platform, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, baja's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

baja collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a baja account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by baja includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, account activity logs, device identifiers, and IP address. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the player experience.

baja will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

Your continued use of the baja platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. baja may also, from time to time, update game rules, bonus terms, payment policies, and responsible gaming tools. Such updates are considered supplementary to these Terms and are equally binding on all registered players.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to baja as an offshore platform operator. By using the baja platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts designated by baja's operating jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute relating to your baja account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other platform-related matter, you must first raise the dispute formally with the baja support team by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. baja will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a resolution within 20 business days.

baja's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus calculations is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint — complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
